Anonymous abductions by federal agents would be a violation of the 4th amendment or kidnapping in the middle of the country, but not if you live within 100 miles of any national or coastal boundary according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection. In the 100-Mile Border Zone (see U.S. v Martinez‐Fuerte, 1976), the CBP claims they can search you without a warrant, detain you without probable cause, and deport citizens without due process. They have been doing this for years and that zone includes two-thirds of the US population. - source unknown
